Waffle Can was born in 2019 from a simple obsession: making the perfect waffle. Our founder learned the art of Belgian waffles in Europe and brought that tradition back to Colorado — adding local ingredients and bold American flavors.
From day one, our rule has been clear: no artificial anything. Every ingredient is sourced from local Colorado farms, in season and fresh. Our ice cream is made in-house every single morning.
Now proudly serving Denver from our kiosk at 16th Street, we bring the same love and craft to every single guest — every single day.
